The Path of Connecting With Spirits

These days the word spirituality is everywhere. We hear it in conversations, see it online, and feel it rising collectively. But do we really understand what it means on a deeper level?
Not the trendy version – the real, inner truth of it.

For some, spirituality feels vague or mysterious, almost like something distant or unreachable. For others, it becomes a deeply personal path – a journey of healing, awakening, remembering who they truly are beneath all the layers of life.

I want to share my understanding with you, and I would love to hear yours as well.

What does spirituality mean for you? Share it in the comments when you feel ready.

What Spirituality Truly Is

At its deepest level, spirituality is a connection – a bridge between the seen and the unseen. It is the quiet relationship you build with your own soul, with your higher self, with the parts of you that exist beyond your physical identity.

AI can define spirituality in a simple, clean sentence about meaning, purpose, and connection to something greater than yourself. And yes, that is true.
But there is also a deeper layer that most people don’t talk about openly, often out of fear or misunderstanding.

Spirituality is also the connection to other Spirits – the benevolent, high-frequency beings that exist beyond this physical plane.
Many people hear the word “spirit” and immediately think of scary stories or negative entities.
But that is not what I am speaking about here.

All of us have many invisible spiritual energies around us, and the quality of those spirits (entities) depends on our consciousness, our emotional state, and the energy we hold in our bodies.

But there are beings from higher realms – Deities, Angels, Star Beings, Masters, Teachers, Ancestors — whose presence is gentle, loving, and deeply supportive.
When we approach them with respect and gratitude, they can help us grow in ways we cannot imagine.

Spirituality as Connection

For me, spirituality is the art of building relationships – with ourselves, with nature, with the Universe, and with the unseen realms.
It is the ongoing practice of listening to our soul, trusting our intuition, honoring the wisdom we carry, and staying attuned to the subtle guidance that surrounds us.

It is also the recognition that nature itself is alive and conscious.
The trees, the rivers, the mountains, the wind –  all of them have spirit.
Plant Teachers share their intelligence.
Power animals walk with us, protecting and guiding.
Ancestors whisper in our dreams, and may give their power and support.
Angels offer protection and clarity.
Deities and star civilizations support us from different dimensions we can feel but not see.

All of these connections create a web of support around us.
They aren’t abstract ideas – they are living presences.
And when we begin to recognize them, something inside us softens and expands.
We feel guided. We feel held. We feel part of a larger story.

Why We Connect With Spirits

We connect with the spirit world for many reasons – for guidance, healing, protection, clarity, and understanding. Sometimes we seek answers about our life lessons or our purpose. Sometimes we simply want to feel that we aren’t alone on our journey.
Often people remember about their existence, only when faced with the difficulties and asking for help, and later when the situation is fixed, forget about their existence and take credit for the results.

And the truth is, we are never alone. The spirit world communicates with all of us. But not everyone is able to hear clearly. Not because they are not worthy – but because their energy might not yet be strong, aligned, or open enough.

Some beings, like Angels, are naturally attuned to human frequency, and they hear us easily. Other spirits require more intentional connection. This is where sacred practices come in.

How We Communicate With Spirits

There are many ways to communicate with higher consciousness – meditation, breathwork, sacred rituals, dreams, deep presence, or spontaneous inner knowing.
But for those who want a clearer, stronger connection, ceremonies are one of the most powerful gateways.

Every culture on Earth has used ceremonies as a bridge between worlds. Whether it is a Homa or Yagya in Hindu traditions, a Puja in Buddhism, or a shamanic ceremony in indigenous lineages, the intention is always the same: to open a channel of communication with the unseen realms.

Ceremonies are especially powerful on days when the veil between dimensions becomes thinner –  solstices, equinoxes, full moons, new moons, eclipses, cosmic alignments, and sacred holidays. On these days the Earth itself is more receptive, and our ability to communicate with the spirit world expands.

When we ask the spirits for help through ceremony, we are not handing our power away. We are simply allowing a higher consciousness – one that sees more than we can – to guide us toward the most aligned path, often faster and with more grace.

Do Ceremonies Bring Immediate Results?

Sometimes yes, the results come instantly. Other times they unfold slower, like a wave approaching the shore. The timing depends on many things – our soul readiness, our life phase, our intention, our karma, our trust, and even our past experiences.

But from what I’ve witnessed – both in my own life and in the lives of many people who joined my ceremonies – the results always come. And they come exactly when the soul is prepared to receive them.

How Often Should One Join Ceremonies?

This is a personal choice. Asking how often to join a ceremony is like asking how often you should take a vacation, or how often you should rest, or how often you should breathe deeply. It depends on what your soul needs.

Some people come to ceremonies to reset their energy. Others come to receive support or clarity. Others to heal old patterns or to open new timelines.

Ceremonies help us reconnect with the Universe, with our ancestors, with our guides, with the rhythm of nature. They keep our energy clean, strong, and aligned. My personal recommendation is to participate at least four times a year, especially during powerful seasonal gateways – but always listen to the calling of your heart.

Ceremonies in the New Reality

We are living in a time of accelerated evolution. The energy of the planet is shifting quickly, and many people feel it. Old structures are breaking. New frequencies are arriving. Our consciousness is opening faster than ever before.

Ceremonies help us navigate this shift. They act like quantum accelerators, lifting us to a higher level of awareness in a shorter amount of time –  but only if our soul is ready. They help us move through transitions with clarity and strength.

An Invitation to the December 21 Solstice Ceremony

If your heart feels aligned with this, I invite you to join the December 21 Solstice Ceremony. The Winter Solstice is one of the most sacred moments of the year – a profound portal of ending and beginning. It closes a long cycle and opens a new one.

For many people, this particular Solstice marks the end of an entire chapter of life – and the beginning of a new journey on a higher level.

During the ceremony we will express gratitude, release old timelines, align with our soul path, and consciously step into the new cosmic cycle. We will open ourselves to support from the higher realms and allow the Universe to guide us forward.

You can join in person in Costa Rica or online on December 21-22.

The space is intimate and limited.

If you feel called, send me a message for details.
I would be honored to share this sacred moment with you.
