1. Nature of the Retreat
This retreat is a transformational, experiential program designed for personal growth, emotional exploration, and self-awareness.
It is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and does not replace professional healthcare or therapy.
By participating, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own inner process and experience.
2. Personal Responsibility
Participation in this retreat is voluntary and requires full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
You agree to:
- take responsibility for your own decisions and boundaries
- respect the group space and other participants
- follow guidance provided by facilitators during practices
3. Health Disclaimer
You confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate in an intensive personal development experience.
If you have medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions, you are encouraged to consult a qualified professional before participating.
4. Insurance Requirement
Participants traveling to the retreat are required to have valid personal health or travel insurance that covers medical needs during their stay.
This is part of responsible participation and personal safety.
5. Deposit & Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve your participation, a non-refundable part of the deposit – $200 is required to secure your place in the retreat.
This deposit confirms your reservation and is used to secure retreat venue arrangements and organizational commitments.
The remaining balance is due according to the retreat payment schedule provided upon acceptance.
6. Cancellation by Participant
If you choose to cancel your participation:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date → deposit (less $200) may be transferred to a future retreat date as credit or returned to participants/
- Cancellations made 30–59 days before the retreat → deposit (less $200) may be transferred as credit to a future retreat date
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat → full deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
This policy exists because retreat spaces are limited and preparations begin well in advance.
7. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer for any reason:
- all deposits will be fully refunded
OR - participants may choose to transfer their payment to a future retreat date
8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
In cases of events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, pandemics, or government regulations), the retreat may be rescheduled.
In such cases:
- deposits are not refunded in cash
- deposits will be transferred as credit toward a future retreat date
This ensures fairness to participants while honoring commitments already made to venues and service providers.
9. Behavior & Group Conduct
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, participants agree to:
- respect confidentiality of the group
- refrain from disruptive or harmful behavior
- participate with openness and respect
- honor the collective space of the retreat
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the group or compromises safety or integrity. No refund will be issued in such cases.
10. Substances Policy
The use of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any non-prescribed psychoactive substances during the retreat is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund.
11. Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own experience and outcomes during and after the retreat.
The organizers, facilitators, and venue are not liable for any personal decisions, emotional experiences, personal items, or life changes resulting from participation.
12. Media & Content Consent
During the retreat, photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken by the organizers for documentation and future promotional purposes, including marketing materials, social media, and website content.
By participating in this retreat, you agree that such materials may be used unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to or during the retreat.
You may choose not to be included in any photo or video recordings by informing the organizers at any time.
13. Consent & Agreement
By submitting an application and/or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Guidelines & Participation Agreement.
